My professional background combines commercial understanding, technical expertise and design experience. It is built on an advanced commercial education, vocational training as an IT specialist in application development, and vocational training as a media designer for digital and print media. Even before beginning my formal education, I was already deeply engaged with digital technologies, design and entrepreneurial thinking. This combination continues to shape the way I work and make decisions today.

In 2013, I co-founded my first advertising agency, Blogwire Design, together with two colleagues. What began with individual projects developed into a growing business with a stable client base and an increasingly broad range of services. As our clients' requirements and the industry evolved, so did the agency.

In 2020, a comprehensive repositioning led to the creation of Agentur47 - Digital Solutions. During this phase, I took on joint responsibility for the company and helped shape its strategic, creative and technical development.

The COVID-19 pandemic fundamentally changed the conditions within the industry and required fast, sustainable decisions. During this period, we relocated the company headquarters to Kalkar in North Rhine-Westphalia and established new partnerships. At the same time, I contributed to the strategic realignment of another agency in Borken, Münsterland. There, I coordinated key transformation processes, restructured operational workflows and supported the company's further development.

In 2023, I founded DIMATA Solutions GmbH together with my business partner. As a managing shareholder, I was responsible for the company's strategic direction as well as its creative leadership, project coordination and the development of digital solutions.

Following the later closure of the company, we acquired key assets and operational foundations and transferred them into a new business structure. This led to the creation of webe Media, which is now the central focus of my entrepreneurial work.

While I remain a shareholder in Agentur47, my operational focus is now entirely on the continued development of webe Media.

My experience spans design, development, media production and business management. This allows me to assess projects from more than a single specialist perspective and to connect creative, technical and commercial requirements from an early stage. My aim is to make clear decisions, communicate complex matters in an understandable way and develop solutions that are both functional and sustainable over the long term.

The advertising and digital industry requires continuous development. New technologies, changing communication channels and growing expectations of digital products are therefore not merely part of day-to-day work for me, but an essential aspect of entrepreneurial responsibility. Adaptability does not mean following every trend. It means evaluating relevant developments and using them purposefully for clients, projects and businesses.

At webe Media, we bring together our experience in strategy, design, development, marketing and media production. Our aim is to create solutions that not only have a strong visual impact, but also work reliably from a technical perspective and provide lasting value for our clients.

My journey so far has been shaped by entrepreneurial development, continuous learning and a willingness to reassess existing structures. With webe Media, I am continuing along this path with a clear focus on sustainable growth, dependable collaboration and digital solutions with substance.
